U.Va. Mag Gets Into the Heads of Student Leaders
What’s on the minds of U.Va. students? The latest online issue of the U.Va. Magazine seeks to answer that question by querying a half-dozen student leaders about what they’re working on, what students are thinking about and what they plan for the future. It’s a pretty interesting read.
A second feature examines some lesser-known dates in University history. (Ever heard of the Ugly Club? Neither had we, but apparently their annual celebrations were quite the thing back in the day — see flyer at right.) There are also references to Edgar Allan Poe, student journalism, “The Aviator,” racial integration and University dogs.
As always, it’s worth a read.
