Vonage Challenge Offers Students a Shot at $15K
A little over two weeks ago, U.Va. and Vonage issued students a challenge: Come up with the next big thing in social media. And they put a carrot out there, too: The winning idea gets $15,000.
So if you think you can come up with something beyond Facebook or Twitter, check out the video below and go for it.
(And if you want a little guidance, you still have a little bit of time to get to an information session about the challenge, set for 5 p.m. this afternoon in Open Grounds, located across from the Corner in that brick building next to the railroad tracks.)
