Absolutely breathtaking! ALL OF THEM…
Thanks for the memories and the joys shared by the Virginia families. I suggest creating an online scrapbook for the alumni website to see once a year during the holidays or at family or class reunion times. It may prove beneficial to attract folks back to sharing the dream of legacy. Have a wonderfully blessed Holiday Season!

Impressive, even for a texan.
Merry Christmas.

Thanks for the UVa Today Blog. I enjoyed seeing the photograph packages above and reading the “Annals of Education” article in the New Yorker.
One of my fondest UVa memories occurred just before Christmas break during my first year. Following my last class in Cabell Hall I was drawn to the beautiful sounds of a chorus of students who were practicing Christmas carols on the stage in the auditorium. Not wanting to interrupt them I somehow quietly made my way backstage and for the next twenty to thirty minutes was privileged in the hearing of those carols to experience afresh the meaning of Christmas and to see as a college student for the first time the love that God had shown to me in sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to become one of us.
May each of you and your families also have a very blessed Christmas this year.

Thank you for the wonderful presents! The perfect way to remember the past year as well as some echoes from long ago. Lovely, lovely.

What a wonderful gift. I especially loved the Rotunda Archway; makes me feel like I’m standing there.
